NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, BACKGROUND CHECK COOPERATION, AND COMPLIANCE WINNER AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The NORDEAST "Golden Autograph" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of legal residence at the time of entry.

• Mandatory Social Media Requirement: To be eligible to enter and win, all participants must possess a valid, public Instagram account and must actively follow the official Sponsor Instagram page (@usenordeast) at the time of entry and remain a follower through the duration of the Sweepstakes Period and winner verification process. Registration for an Instagram account is entirely free of charge.
• Prior Winner Exclusion (Anti-Sweepstakes Hunters): Individuals who have won any prize from the Sponsor within the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the start date of this Sweepstakes are strictly not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, and independent contractors of NEXT PATH CONSULTING INC, d/b/a NORDEAST ("Sponsor"), Clean Sweeps LLC ("Administrator"), Shopify Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising, fulfillment, and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or individuals residing in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations within the United States.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 20, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Administrator’s database computer (via the Clean Sweeps Shopify Application) is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. Custom Branding and Methods of Entry

Participants in this Sweepstakes will accumulate digital promotional tokens custom-branded on the storefront interface as "NordChances". For all legal, regulatory, and auditing purposes under United States consumer protection law, each individual "NordChance" generated and logged into the data pool counts as one (1) official "Entry" into the random drawing.

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through two (2) distinct methods. Both methods possess Equal Dignity and provide the exact same mathematical odds of winning per verified entry token.

Method A: The Purchase Method (Automated Shopify Cart Milestone Tracking)

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals who make a qualifying product purchase on the official NORDEAST online storefront (usenordeast.com) and follow @usenordeast on Instagram will automatically receive NordChances. The volume of NordChances awarded is determined dynamically by the application based on specific spending milestones achieved at checkout (excluding taxes, shipping fees, applied discount codes, and gift card purchases) as follows:

• Spend $75.00 – $99.99 to automatically unlock a total of 150 Bonus NordChances.
• Spend $100.00 – $149.99 to automatically unlock a total of 200 Bonus NordChances.
• Spend $150.00 – $199.99 to automatically unlock a total of 300 Bonus NordChances.
• Spend $200.00 or more to automatically unlock the maximum tier of 500 Bonus NordChances.

Sponsor Modification Rights for Entry Tiers and Multipliers: Sponsor reserves the absolute right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to alter, modify, increase, decrease, adjust, or terminate any entry milestones, spending thresholds, baseline entry formulas, flash bonus events, or entry multiplier ratios (including, but not limited to, changing a milestone tier value or introducing temporary bonus multipliers on specific product categories or site-wide checkouts) at any time during the Sweepstakes Period without prior notice to participants. Any such modifications will be applied automatically within the storefront's check-out system and shall become effective immediately upon implementation.

Method B: The Alternative Method of Entry (Free Online Digital AMOE & Marketing Opt-In)

To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals must visit the official NORDEAST free digital entry page hosted on the storefront at usenordeast.com/pages/free-entry (accessible via the designated link in the website footer).

• Entrants must completely fill out the digital entry form powered by the integrated web form platform, providing their full legal name, valid email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, active Instagram handle (@username), and express check-box acknowledgement of their age and agreement to these Official Rules. Entrants must also ensure they are actively following @usenordeast on Instagram.
• Express Marketing Consent: By entering via this method, all participants explicitly agree and consent that Sponsor may send them commercial, marketing, and promotional materials via email to the email address provided, in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and privacy regulations.
• Upon successful form submission, the system will log a fixed batch of 100 NordChances into the Sweepstakes pool under the entrant's full legal name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, and Instagram handle.
• Anti-Fraud Entry Limits: Limit of one (1) manual digital submission per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Automated scripts, entry bots, macro applications, or multiple email aliases utilized by the same person are strictly prohibited. All duplicate entries, duplicate email domains, missing/invalid Instagram handles, or fraudulent entries detected via independent database review (.CSV audit) will be systematically purged and deleted prior to the final random drawing.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, consisting of:

Total Stated ARV of the Prize Pool: $599.00 USD (Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Zero Cents).

TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER: This promotion is strictly an independent rewards event organized by NEXT PATH CONSULTING INC (NORDEAST). It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or officially associated with the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF), FIFA, or any individual professional soccer club. Names and mentions of professional athletes are used strictly for factual descriptive purposes to identify the authentic source of the physical autograph being awarded.

Prize Constraints and Non-Monetary Provision: The prize is awarded strictly "as-is" with no corporate warranties, express or implied. The size (Medium) and color (White) are fixed, and no size exchanges or style variants will be accommodated. Under no circumstances will the prize be substituted, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, store credit, electronic gift cards, vouchers, or any other form of currency or monetary value. No prize transfer to a third party is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right only to substitute the physical prize with an alternative physical apparel item of equal or greater value if the original item becomes lost, unavailable, or damaged prior to secure distribution.

5. Winner Selection and Random Drawing

On or about July 22, 2026, the independent Administrator (Clean Sweeps) will compile all automated purchase-based NordChances from the Shopify platform and merge them with the verified, non-duplicate digital web-form AMOE database list.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from the unified entry pool via an automated, legally certified random drawing algorithm conducted independently by the Clean Sweeps software platform. The choices made by the software and verified by the Sponsor's legal compliance team are final, conclusive, and legally binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. Potential Winner Notification & Verification Requirements

The potential winner will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the random drawing via the email address and telephone number captured during the entry process.

• The 24-Hour Response Rule and Social Audit: The potential winner must respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours from the exact timestamp the notification is transmitted by the Sponsor or Administrator. Upon selection, the Sponsor will manually audit the potential winner's Instagram account. If the potential winner is not actively following @usenordeast at the exact time of the verification audit, they will be immediately and permanently disqualified, their prize permanently forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining data pool.
• Technical Disclaimers & Delivery Failures: Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for electronic communications that are unable to be delivered, delayed, or lost as a result of any form of active or passive filtering (such as spam or junk folders), or insufficient space in the entrant’s email account. Furthermore, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if any technical malfunction, server crash, Shopify API disconnect, or cyber-attack corrupts the administration, security, or proper tracking of NordChances.
• Verification Documents: To officially claim the prize, the selected winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of initial acknowledgment. Because the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is under the federal reporting threshold of $600.00 USD, no IRS Form W-9 or Form 1099-MISC tax filing is required for this distribution.
• Mandatory Confidential Background Check: If Sponsor so elects, the potential winner may be required to submit to, and cooperate in, a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that the awarding of the prize to such person will not bring Sponsor or its athletic collaborators into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or reflect unfavorably on the brand as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the absolute right to disqualify any potential winner based on the results of this background check.
• Irrevocable Publicity & UGC Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent to Sponsor’s worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free use of their name, photograph, video content, likeness, voice, biographical details, and Instagram comments/handles for advertising, promotional, rebroadcast, and publicity purposes in any format and in any media platform (including social channels and digital ads) without advance permission, review, or additional compensation.
• Winner Confidentiality Clause: The winner must sign a non-disclosure agreement promising not to publish specific shipping logistics, tracking data, or internal certificate barcodes on public social channels prior to secure delivery, protecting the asset from third-party interception.
• Prize Shipping & Risk of Loss: Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or stolen prize shipments. Once the prize is transferred into the custody of a third-party common carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS), the legal risk of loss passes entirely to the verified winner. The Sponsor's contractual obligation is fulfilled upon handing the package to the carrier. In the event of a total carrier loss or verified theft in transit, Sponsor’s sole and exclusive liability will be to provide an alternate physical apparel item of equivalent retail value ($599.00), strictly subject to the completion of an official carrier investigation. Sponsor will not issue cash compensation.
• New England In-Person Delivery Option: Notwithstanding the standard shipping carrier provisions above, if the verified winner is a legal resident of one of the New England states—strictly defined as Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine—Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and upon mutual logistical agreement with the winner, to hand-deliver the Grand Prize in person. In the event of an authorized in-person hand-delivery, the winner explicitly consents to the capturing of video and photo footage of the delivery for publicity purposes, and the legal risk of loss passes entirely to the winner immediately upon physical transfer of the item and execution of the physical prize acceptance receipt.

7. Release of Liability and Indemnification

By entering this Sweepstakes, all participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless NEXT PATH CONSULTING INC, d/b/a NORDEAST, Clean Sweeps LLC, Shopify Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, and their respective directors, officers, employees, successors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, litigation, damage, or injuries resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, shipment, use, or misuse of the awarded autographed item. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Shopify, Google, Meta, or Instagram.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (Class Action Waiver), and exclusively by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Any judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (not to exceed $50.00 USD), explicitly excluding attorneys' fees.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during the entry process is handled strictly in accordance with the NEXT PATH CONSULTING INC Privacy Policy (accessible via the privacy link at usenordeast.com/privacy) and the data management terms of the Clean Sweeps application infrastructure.

10. Winner's List Request

To request the official legal name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: NEXT PATH CONSULTING INC, d/b/a NORDEAST, Attn: Legal Compliance Dept – "Golden Autograph" Winner List, 380 Great Rd, Acton MA 01720. Requests must be received no later than October 1, 2026.
